The Fengkai project of Yuexiu Group adopts the self – breeding and self – raising model, which is a highly efficient breeding and production farm. The breeding scale of the north area (phase I and phase III) is 27,000 breeding sows, with an annual output of 700,000 fattening pigs. The pigsty adopts the combination of flat – scraping process and gravity dry – manure – cleaning process, which effectively reduces the ammonia content in the breeding house and reduces the occurrence of respiratory diseases in pigs. The daily sewage production is about 4,000 m³. The north area (phase I and phase III) is equipped with a 4,000 – m³/d fecal – sewage – resource – environmental – protection system, covering an area of 56,000 m², which is put into operation in two phases. The biogas can be purified, the biogas residue can be converted into organic fertilizer, and the tail water can meet the effluent standard for agricultural irrigation, so as to achieve the goals of harmlessness, resource utilization and reduction of fecal sewage. Its core process is divided into two parts: sewage treatment and anaerobic biogas production. The sewage treatment process is solid – liquid separation + reaction primary sedimentation + air – flotation system + UASB + multi – stage AO coupled synchronous nitrification – denitrification system + advanced treatment system, and the tail water meets the effluent standard. The anaerobic biogas production system process is to pump the fecal residue separated by solid – liquid separation into the CSTR anaerobic tank for medium – temperature anaerobic fermentation. The produced biogas is used for purification, and the residue is separated and then undergoes aerobic composting to produce organic fertilizer to make compound organic fertilizer.
- Fengkai phase I: 320 sets, four 3380 production lines (4 lines of 3 + 6 floors and 4 lines of 9 floors), with an annual output of 350,000 pigs.
- Fengkai phase II is about to be launched: 320 sets, four 3380 production lines (4 lines of 3 + 6 floors and 4 lines of 9 floors), with an annual output of 350,000 pigs
